Wow! As if having a star in the family wasn't enough to keep us busy this weekend, Lindey rolled over for the first time today! The other day she was laying on her back trying to get onto her tummy. I helped her roll on over and she was so proud of herself, smiling and talking to herself. Well, today she did it all on her own! It is no longer safe to leave her on anything alone, including her two favorite napping places-my bed and the chair in the living room. She likes to be all curled up and in a corner hen she naps. Funny enough, she even likes to nap with my hand over her face. Maybe cause she can smell me, maybe because it's dark, maybe because it's warm, maybe she just likes to feel squashed like she's still in the womb! Who knows! Any way, my next goal is to get her comfortable sleeping in her crib, especially for nap time. She is not a very good napper right now, so it makes it hard. It is easy to let her sleep any where that she can/will, which is mostly with mom or close by mom. I so enjoy co-sleeping with her, but sometimes I need a free moment to wash clothes or the dishes or just be with Reagan and Alex. Lindey has been such a blessing in our lives! It's nice to have a child (again) who won't talk back to you or run away from you!
